Petrichor Awakens Lotus is inspired by the growth pattern of the lotus. Most of the plant is submerged in water and mud, while the leaves and flowers bloom on the surface. The lotus is the symbol of enlightenment and perseverance, and an analogy for the human condition.

Petrichor is the scent of the rain on dry land. Humans are sensitive to this earthy aroma, as our ancestors relied on rainfall to survive. The root -ichor also means the ethereal fluid that is the blood of the gods.
